Test Cancellation

Customers can cancel their booking before sample collection without any charges.
To cancel a test, please contact our support team via phone or Whats App.
Once the sample has been collected, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Policy

Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made before sample collection.
No refund will be provided once:
1. The sample has been collected
2. The test process has started
3. The report has been generated

Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule their appointment before sample collection.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Failed Sample Collection

If sample collection fails due to our staff or technical issues, we will:
Reschedule the visit, OR
Provide a full refund

Incorrect Information

Customers must provide accurate information.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect details.

Payment Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
The amount will be returned through the original payment method or bank transfer.
